Celebrate the dedicated P&C members and volunteers who give their time, energy and expertise to support Queensland state school communities.
P&C Day is the ideal time to publicly thank your school’s dedicated P&C members and volunteers for the tireless work they do each year to improve educational facilities, resources and student outcomes in Queensland state schools.
Held on the Friday of National Volunteer Week, P&C Day is an opportunity for the whole school community to recognise, celebrate and reward the inspirational efforts of P&C volunteers who support every child to have every chance in education and in life.
As part of the celebrations, P&Cs Qld will recognise a number of P&C superstar volunteers at the annual State Conference Gala Dinner at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
On P&C Day, your school community can also recognise and celebrate superstar P&C members and volunteers who deserve their moment in the spotlight with a special Certificate of Recognition.
All members and volunteers are eligible for nomination. This includes general members, committee members and executive members.
Certificates should be presented on P&C Day 2026 as part of a school assembly, morning tea, community celebration or other local recognition activity.
Download the Certificate of Recognition, add your school or P&C logo, include the signature of your principal and/or P&C president, and present it to your superstar volunteers on the day.
Contact P&Cs Qld via email at [email protected] or freecall 1800 218 228.
